1. What is Innovators?

   Innovators 2025 is PeopleGrove’s annual user conference, bringing together higher education professionals, thought leaders and PeopleGrove users to explore the future of student success, career access, and alumni engagement.

2. When and where is the conference taking place?

   The conference will take place August 4-6th in Washington, D.C., at the iconic Bloomberg Center at Johns Hopkins University.

3. Who should attend Innovators?

   This event is designed for PeopleGrove customers and partners, including professionals in career services, alumni engagement, student success, and institutional advancement. If you’re looking to maximize engagement and impact with your PeopleGrove platform, this conference is for you!

4. What topics will be covered?

   The agenda is still in the planning stage. However, sessions will explore key topics, including:

   • Best practices for driving student and alumni engagement.

   • Measuring impact: Insights and reporting.

   • New product innovations and roadmap updates.

   • Partner success stories and case studies.

5. Will there be networking opportunities?

   Yes! Innovators 2025 includes structured networking sessions, roundtable discussions, and interactive workshops to help you connect with peers, industry leaders, and the PeopleGrove team. We will kick off the event with a networking reception.

6. What is the cost to attend?

   Ticket pricing details, including early bird registration, is $100 through March 14th. The ticket price is $150.

7. How do I register?

   Registration will open on February 14th. You can sign up through our event website. Space may be limited, so we recommend registering early!

8. What are the lodging options for the conference?
   We are working on securing hotel blocks within walking distance of The Bloomberg Center and will share details as soon as they are finalized. Stay tuned for recommendations on accommodations.

9. Will sessions be recorded for later viewing?

   Some sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees after the event. Details on access will be shared post-conference.

10. Can I speak or present at the conference?

    We welcome speaker proposals from customers and industry experts! If you’re interested in sharing your insights, submit a session proposal by emailing innovators@peoplegrove.com with your session title, description, and presenter(s) contact information.
